67. Intuitive Eating vs. Intuitive Restriction
Have you ever seen someone sharing about intuitive eating and something just doesn't feel quite right? For example, they are telling you they are using it to lose weight or the amount of food they are eating doesn't seem like enough or they only eat "unprocessed" foods or the way there is describing it is different than you heard, but you don't know if it's your own bias or if it actually not intuitive eating.
