Welcome to Body Love Club, a program offered by Live Unrestricted! This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("Member" or "you") and Live Unrestricted ("Live Unrestricted", "we", "us", or "our"). By clicking "I Agree" or similar, and by accessing or using the services provided by Body Love Club, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Membership Services

Body Love Club provides the following services to its Members:

• Monthly Videos & Workbook: Shared by Mallory.
• Live Workshops.
• Weekly Prompts and Messages.
• Monthly Challenges.

Membership Fees

By subscribing to Body Love Club, you agree to pay the membership fees associated with the plan you select. The available plans are:

• Monthly Membership: $22 per month.
• Annual Membership: $197 per year.

Payment Terms

• Monthly Membership: The monthly membership fee is billed on a recurring basis every 30 days from the date of your initial subscription.
• Annual Membership: The annual membership fee is billed once every 365 days from the date of your initial subscription.

Payment Method

You must provide a valid payment method (credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods) to subscribe. By providing payment information, you authorize Live Unrestricted to charge the applicable membership fees to your designated payment method.

Auto-Renewal

Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel your membership prior to the renewal date. By agreeing to this Agreement, you acknowledge that your membership has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time. However, there are no refunds in any circumstances. If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, whether monthly or annually, and you will not be billed for the next cycle.

Changes to Fees

Your membership fees are locked in at the rate at which you initially subscribed for as long as you remain a continuous member. If you cancel your membership and later decide to rejoin, you will need to subscribe at the then-current membership rate.

Chargebacks

By subscribing to Body Love Club, you agree to the following chargeback policy:

• You acknowledge that you are responsible for any charges incurred in connection with your membership.
• In the event of a chargeback, you agree to contact Live Unrestricted to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.
• If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting Live Unrestricted, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the membership services until the issue is resolved.
• You agree to reimburse Live Unrestricted for any fees or expenses incurred as a result of a chargeback, including but not limited to chargeback fees, legal fees, and any other costs associated with resolving the dispute.

Member Conduct

As a member of Body Love Club, you agree to:

• Respect the privacy and rights of other members.
• Not engage in any harassment, threats, or abusive behavior.
• Not share or distribute any content provided by Body Love Club outside of the membership platform without express permission.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain a respectful and supportive environment for all members.

Age Requirement

By agreeing to this Agreement, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.

Medical Disclaimer

Body Love Club is run by a registered dietitian to help with building body trust and improving body love. However, it is in no way a replacement for eating disorder treatment or any other medical or psychological treatment. The information and services provided by Body Love Club are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended as medical advice.

No Professional Advice

No Medical Liability

Live Unrestricted does not assume any liability for inaccuracies or misstatements about products or services. Your reliance on any information provided by Body Love Club is solely at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by Body Love Club, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, prompts, messages, and challenges, is the intellectual property of Live Unrestricted or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without prior written consent from Live Unrestricted.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Live Unrestricted provides the membership services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the services or content provided. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live Unrestricted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the membership services.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Live Unrestricted, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the membership services or violation of this Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Live Unrestricted operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Agreement

Live Unrestricted reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Agreement on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the membership services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
